Mr. Hiroshi Ikegaya advises on town planning matters for Fairmile Consultants Limited.

 

 

Mr.  Ikegaya  has  over  35  years   of experience   in   various   aspect    of town planning and urban renewal in Hong   Kong    having    held    senior positions     in     both    public     and statutory  development  authorities.

 

He    has    experience    in     project assessment,     project     processing, project  management,  social impact assessment,          and           heritage preservation.  He  was  the   General Manager in the planning and design division   of    the    Urban    Renewal Authority.
