Mr. Albert Cheung is an established professional surveyor with more than 40 years of experience in the property development field and a Justice of the Peace.

 

He was the chairman of Levett and Bailey, a major firm of mainly quantity surveyors in the region before his retirement from the practice at the end of last decade.  He had been very much involved in the development of Levett and Bailey from a small office in the seventies to its present state.   He was very much instrumental in the establishment of the general practice and land development consultancy section of the practice.

 

Over the years, Mr. Cheung had personally participated in the planning and management of many of the major property developments in Hong Kong and China as a member of the project consultant team.

 

He has worked side-by-side with many renowned developers, architects and land and development professionals in Hong Kong, China and overseas and has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in all fields of property development.  His macro view across different disciplines and aspects of property development and his rich personal connections within the industry is invaluable to any project team.
